Eligibility for Borrowing Services
Students
    1. Pre-Engineering Students                            up to  7 items, for 10 days
    2. Undergraduate Students                             up to 10 items, for 10 days
    3. Graduate Students                                     up to 15 items, for 15 days
Staffs
    1. Academic Staffs                                         up to 15 items, for 1 Semester
    2. Academic Assistants                                   up to  8 items, for 1 Semester
    3. Specialists / Government Officers                 up to 7 items, for 2 months
    4. Permanent Staffs / Special Staffs                 up to 5 items, for 2 months
    5. Special Lecturer                                         up to 7 items, for 1 month
Visitors
    1. Visitors are NOT ELIGIBLE  for any resource borrowing services from the library,
        except for photocopying the resources inside the library.
    2. Alumni and Retired Government Officer can borrow up to 5 items, for 15 days
        (must deposit cash for twice the cost of the borrowed resources)
